Seven News was #3 for the night with a reach loss of 45 000 and an average audience loss of 27 000 over 9News. Dream Home was #5 with 1 740 000 (734 000). 7NEWS Spotlight was #6 with 1 261 000 (525 000). The Latest: Seven News was #27 with 536 000 (295 000). A repeat of Code 1: Minute by Minute was #36 with 400 000 (177 000).

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. Travel Guides was #1 with 2 182 000 (530 000*). 60 Minutes was #4 with 1 871 000 (838 000). A repeat of The Murder of Lyn Dawson was #14 with 892 000 (391 000). 9News Late was #43 with 354 000 (206 000).

*Note – There was a coding error for Travel Guides, which has affected the average audience figure. The actual figure was 1.297

The Sunday Project was #17 with 792 000 (287 000). MasterChef Australia was #10 with 1 064 000 (612 000). Tulsa King was #20 with 670 000 (159 000).

  • 9News was Australia’s No.1 program with Total People. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 2.089 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.297 million – up 2.2% year-on-year. Its BVOD audience of 86,000 was up 33.9% on the same night last year. 
  • Travel Guides was Sunday’s No.1 entertainment program across Australia with Total People and all key demos. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 2.112 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.173 million, lifting the timeslot by 31.2% when compared to the same night last year. On 9Now, it registered a BVOD audience of 86,000 (up 50.9% year-on-year).
  • 60 Minutes won its timeslot across Australia with Total People. It secured a Total TV National Audience of 838,000 (up 66.6% year-on-year) and a BVOD audience of 57,000 (up 128.0% year-on-year).
  • Sunday Afternoon NRL Live recorded a National Total TV Reach of  1.191 million and a Total TV National Audience of 478,000 (up 3.3% year-on-year), winning its timeslot with Total People and all key demos in Sydney and Brisbane. Its BVOD audience of 47,000 was up 34.2% on the same day last year.
  • The 9Network was No.1 across the 5 City Metro with all key demos and Total People.

9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD service across Australia with all key demos and Total People.

Strategy and mind-games rule the kitchen as contestants bid against one another, trading time for ingredients in a MasterChef classic – the time auction. Four contestants compete to cook a dish that helps them avoid elimination and secure their place in the top six.
