The 1964 cult classic is reinvigorated in this stage adaptation, remaining extremely timely and relevant in the 21st century.
When a rogue U.S General triggers a nuclear attack, a surreal race takes place, seeing the Government and one eccentric scientist scramble to avert global destruction.
This explosively funny satire is led by a world-renowned creative team led including Emmy Award-winner Armando Iannucci (The Thick of It, Veep) and Olivier Award-winner Sean Foley (The Upstart Crow).
Filmed live on stage at the National Theatre, Sean Foley directs this timely adaptation. Dr Strangelove blasts in to select Australian cinemas from April 24 for a limited time – tickets are on sale now.
