Paramount+ today released an electrifying new teaser for the original series, Anderson Spider Silva which showcases the life of the fighter who became one of the most successful athletes in MMA history.
The exclusive clip unveils an intimate look at Silva’s remarkable odyssey. From flashbacks to his challenging origins to heart-to-heart talks with his uncle Benedito (played by Sue Jorge), the teaser offers a glimpse at the awakening of inner strength that catapulted Silva to become a revered MMA champion and beacon of inspiration for the world.
Created by Marton Olympio and directed by Caito Ortiz, the series stars William Nascimento, Bruno Vinicius and Caetano Vieira playing Anderson Silva, in his adult, adolescent and child roles, respectively. Anderson Spider Silva also stars Brazilian singer and actor Seu Jorge, who plays the wrestler’s uncle, and Tatiana Tiburcio, who plays Anderson’s aunt. Also part of the cast are Douglas Silva, Iza Moreira, Jeniffer Dias, Larissa Nunes, Livia Silva, Milhem Cortaz and Vaneza Oliveira.
