ABC News NSW election coverage – As New South Wales heads to the polls the ABC will bring you all the latest election news to watch, listen and read.

Can the Coalition defy the polls and achieve an historic fourth term, or will Labor succeed after 12 years in opposition?

As the votes are cast and counted, tune into the ABC for the most comprehensive coverage led by Insiders host David Speers, 7.30 presenter Sarah Ferguson and Chief Elections Analyst Antony Green. Joining them will be state political reporter Ashleigh Raper, news presenter Jeremy Fernandez and reporters across the state in all the key electorates.

Joining the panel will be the Treasurer Matt Kean (Liberal) and Labor’s Leader in the Legislative Council Penny Sharpe. Political strategists and pollsters Kosmos Samaras and Tony Barry return to election night and will help analyse the result using their unique insights and analysis.
